Ingredients
- 2 large carrots, grated
- 3 sticks of celery, finely sliced
- 1 red apple, sliced
- Handful of toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 handfuls of grapes, halved

Dressing
- 1 small bunch of coriander
- 3 tablespoons of Fussels oil
- Large pinch of salt
- 1-2 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
- large pinch of ground black pepper
Method
Blend the dressing ingredients and season to taste
Combine with the salad ingredients and enjoy
