This is a great addition to salads, bruschetta or even as an indulgent flavouring in dips. Flavoured oils make the marinating job easy.

Ingredients
- 200ml Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons of Fussels Garlic oil
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels Chilli oil
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary and thyme
- 4 dried birds eye chillies
- 1 block of feta (200g)
Method
In a bowl, combine the oils, lemon juice and zest and herbs.
Cube the feta and place in a glass or plastic tub.
Leave at room temperature for around 8 hours.
Store in the fridge after that.
