A great dip for flat bread or a drizzle for curries and soups, topped off with our ever so wonderful Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil!

Place a large frying pan over a medium heat.
Add all the spices and petals and stir gently for 1 minute.
Pour in our Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil and turn off the heat.
Leave to cool completely, then strain into a container and your delicious oil is ready to use!
