Great taste and a lovely alternative to olive oil & balsamic vinegar or just plain mayo.

A great side dish.

Preheat the oven to 200C.
Bring a saucepan with well seasoned water to a boil.
Drop the potatoes into the water and simmer for 2 minutes.
Strain the potatoes and toss with the Fussels rapeseed oil and salt.
Place in a roasting dish with the herbs and bake for 20-25 until golden at the edges and cooked through.
As soon as you pull them out of the oven, sprinkle them with the lime juice and serve.
