This dish takes no time to make, but disappears in seconds!
Best served as a sharing starter or as a part of a canapé selection with sherry.

Ingredients
- 1 shallot or onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Oil
- 200g of small cooking chorizo
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
- 100ml red wine
- 1 tbsp honey
- Pinch of chilli powder
- Parsley to decorate
Method
Start by frying the onion in the heated rapeseed oil.
Add the chorizo and fry until the sides are starting to turn brown.
Add the chilli.
After one minute, add the brandy, red wine, soy sauce and honey and simmer until the liquid has thickened and coated the chorizo - 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot topped with the parsley.
