I use Rapeseed oil exclusively in my cooking. it's perfect for frying unlike Olive oil which burns at a much lower temperature but still has a wonderful nutty flavour I also use it to make my own butter spread, happy to give my recipe. Fussels Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil is possibly the best I have had and continue to use it. Not sure how many repeat orders I have had to date!
