A sweet side dish with some sweet Smoked Oil to act as the perfect accompaniment.

Ingredients
- 5 leaves of kale (stem removed)
- 1 orange
- 2-3 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds (or more)
- 2 tablespoons of chopped hazelnuts
- 150g Brussel sprouts
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Fussels Smoked Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tbsp white miso
- Juice from 1 orange
Method
Finely slice the Brussel sprouts.
Tear the kale leaves into small chunks.
Combine the dressing ingredients (make sure you've got our Smoked Rapeseed Oil at the ready) and massage thoroughly into the kale and sprouts.
Leave to stand for 10-15 minutes.
Peel and cut the orange into segments.
Combine with the kale and serve topped with pomegranate seeds and nuts.
