A flavoursome simple recipe, traditionally served with beef.

Ingredients
- 1 red chilli
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- Juice from 1/2 lime
- 1 small bunch of coriander
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of fresh oregano leaves
- 150ml of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed oil
Method
Finely chop the ingredients and combine or blend for 30 seconds to get a chunky consistency.
Serve with barbecue steak, other meats or grilled vegetables.
