Smoky Miso and Marmite Creamy Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons of Fussels Smoked Rapeseed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of white miso paste
  • 1 teaspoon of marmite
  • 2 tablespoons of aquafaba
  • Juice from 1/2 lime


Combine the ingredients and whisk until thick and creamy.

Season to taste with more salt or lime juice.

Serve with a salad of slightly charred radicchio, blood orange, chickpeas, almonds and herbs.
