It must be said that everyone on the farm here at Fussels is partial to a good mayonnaise. It always seemed to us that, unless you make it yourself, it’s very hard to come by, or at least it was. And now, our Classic Rapeseed Mayonnaise is here to shake things up and provide you with new delights.
Fussels Classic Mayonnaise is made with simple and wholesome ingredients including free-range egg yolks, English mustard and lemon juice. What it doesn’t have are any artificial additives. The result is a rich, bright, creamy and very moreish mayonnaise that is an ideal accompaniment for… well, just about everything as it happens! Personally, at Fussels, we often use it instead of butter in a sandwich, and if we are being very naughty, a blob or two gets popped onto our boiled eggs. Regardless, we are confident you will find plenty ways to enjoy this excellent Classic Rapeseed Oil Mayonnaise.
