At the beginning of April we had the pleasure of working with the fantastic team at Gousto http://www.gousto.co.uk/, helping us to bring Fussels’ brilliant oil to dinner plates up and down the country, mainly thanks to ‘our’ Helen. I should also hold my hand up and say that this blog was written by Helen, as you can probably tell!

Popular with not only Gousto customers but described as a ‘cracker of recipe’ by the Gousto team, Fussels chilli oil was used to make both a delicately spiced marinade for chicken skewers, as well as golden and crispy spicy potatoes to finish off the dish.
I was lucky enough to have a box bursting with goodies delivered straight to my door and the opportunity to trial the recipe first hand. There was nothing more exciting than seeing our golden oil in its miniature bottle, nestled in the box alongside other great ingredients – I was extremely excited to get stuck in!
Pleased as punch at the end result, it was difficult to share this delicious dish with anyone but myself! Not only was the recipe easy to follow and even easier to eat, it was incredibly fun to make too. This was also the case for the other two innovative and refreshing recipes offered in the box.
