A tasty side or snack with a bit of assistance from our favourite garlic oil for cooking.

Ingredients
- 500g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting
- 2 tsp salt
- 7g sachet fast-action yeast
- 3 tbsp of Fussels Garlic Oil for Cooking
- 300ml water
For the egg topping:
- 100g feta
- 1 avocado
- Fussels Garlic Infused Cooking Oil
- Drizzle of good quality Balsamic vinegar
Method
Pour the flour into a large bowl, add the dried yeast and salt, combine.
Pour the garlic infused cooking oil and water all over the flour, and mix well.
Tip onto a lightly floured work surface and knead.
Once the dough is satin-smooth, place it in a lightly-oiled bowl and leave to rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 250C.
When risen, split the dough into 2.
Flatten the halves and try to shape into circles, as flat as possible.
To get a really crispy bottom, preheat a large non-stick pan and push the dough into it (carefully!).
Brush with the garlic infused cooking oil.
Crumble half the feta on top and once starting to colour underneath, place the whole pan into the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes to until golden brown.
Top with half the avocado and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar.
