A fancy starter or side with a hint of garlic (thanks to our Garlic Oil for Cooking)!

Ingredients
- 6 small baking potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels Garlic Infused Cooking Oil
Topping:
- 100g crème fraiche
- Large pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Zest from 1/2 lemon
- Lumpfish caviar
Method
Preheat the oven to 220C.
Rub the potatoes with the garlic cooking oil and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn the oven down to 180C and bake for another 50 minutes.
Carefully cut a cross in the top (it will be hot!) and open up with the knife.
Combine the creme fraiche with with the zest, salt and pepper and dollop on the potatoes.
Top with the caviar and serve.
