After a guided trip around your fields and work shops, we have given up Olive oil, and only use your oil above.
Great taste and a lovely alternative to olive oil & balsamic vinegar or just plain mayo.

For any occasion that you might want to make special.
Heat oven to 230C/gas 8 and drizzle a little Fussels Rapeseed Oil into a 12-hole muffin tin.
Place in oven to heat.
Combine the flour with four eggs before gradually beating in the milk. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the batter into the holes and place in oven for 20-25 mins until puffed up and golden.
Remove from oven and fill with thickly cut West Country beef and a generous dollop of FGS.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve!
