After a guided trip around your fields and work shops, we have given up Olive oil, and only use your oil above.
Great taste and a lovely alternative to olive oil & balsamic vinegar or just plain mayo.

Simple side dish or starter to complement any main.
Recipe by The Devilled Egg | The Online Cookery School.
Preheat the oven to 200C and just leave the cobs in there for 30-40 minutes until soft and tender (if the husk is still on - no need to wrap them, but wrap in foil if the husk has been removed).
Remove them from the oven and get your oven as hot as it can go (ideally on the grill setting).
Cut the husk open to expose the corn itself, drizzle with the oil, and sprinkle with the chorizo and half the feta.
Place under the hot grill for 5-10 minutes, until everything is cooked and turning brown.
Finish off with the rest of the feta and a sprinkling of fresh herbs.
