Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of mustard powder
- 3 tablespoons of aquafaba
- 160ml of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Oil
- Large pinch of salt
Method
Either use an immersion blender and blend all the ingredients together or use a table top blender.
If you are using the latter, add the ingredients (apart from the oil) into the jug of the blender.
Get the blender going and gradually pour in the oils.
Blend at high speed for 20-30 seconds until creamy and thick.
Season to taste and enjoy.
